About Beth

Years ago, when her daughters were small, Beth worked as a real estate agent, then in 2002 she made the decision to pursue her passion for the arts and began painting professionally.

Working in oils and acrylics, Beth enjoys painting landscapes, floral and still life works of art.

Her motto of “If it sits still, I can paint it” is evident in her creation of floor coverings, furniture, suitcases, glass, purses, murals, boat oars and more.

Beth’s work is very detailed, showing intricate features of a flower petal to the smile on a person’s face.  Her paintings invite you to take a second look in order to see all these special touches.  Although primarily self-taught, Beth has attended classes at the Roswell Visual Arts Center and the Abernathy Arts Center.  Highly acclaimed, professional artist Joan Hilliard has offered guidance, encouragement, critique and sound advice.

Beth’s works of art have not only brought pleasure to those who own them in private or corporate collections, they have significantly benefited the community at large. Her murals enhance the living space for homeless women and children, her paintings often help raise funds for numerous charities, schools, and non-profit organizations.  For 28 years, she served as the director of children’s art at the Roswell Arts Festival, encouraging and inspiring youngsters to enjoy their talents. She presently serves on the board for the Roswell Arts Festival.

Beth is an active member, and board member, of the Roswell Fine Arts Alliance, Roswell, GA.
